Hidden Plemont Walk
October 21, 1:30 pm–4:30 pmFree - £5
Join Nicky Mansell and explore the caves of Petit Plémont and Plémont beach and walk over the newly acquired headland to see what the National Trust for Jersey have achieved since demolishing the holiday camp. This short walk involves clambering over rocks and through rock pools. The beach is always changing and sometimes there are deep pools to get into the caves so sandals (not flip flops), neoprene shoes or trainers which can get wet are essential as well as some walking shoes. You will find out how earthquakes are responsible for today’s landscape and how man has modified what we see.
