Learn How to Make ‘Jersey Wonders’

Come along to Le Moulin de Quetivel and learn the art of making ‘Jersey Wonders’ (Les Mèrvelles dé Jèrri) with Jenny Le Maistre. Jersey housewives Traditionally, cooked Wonders as the tide went out. If they cooked them on an incoming tide, the fat in which the Wonders were cooked would invariably overflow the pan! Learn how to shape and cook this local delicacy in the atmospheric surroundings of the Moulin de Quetivel in St. Peter’s Valley and enjoy a cup of tea and a freshly baked Wonder.
