Open Milling at Le Moulin de Quetivel
May 12, 10:00 am–4:00 pm
Visit the only remaining working watermill on the Island and experience the whole milling process from start to finish. Join the rangers as they open the sluice gates, admire the ancient waterwheel as it springs into action and meet our very own miller, who will be milling the Trust’s unique stoneground flour. In association with National Mills Weekend, organised by the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.
