Artisan baker Richie Howell will guide participants through the whole bread making process - from preparing the ferment and mixing the dough to proving and baking. This advanced class is aimed at bakers with some experience. As well as learning how to make a traditional loaf, you will also learn several different shaping techniques and how to incorporate your own flavourings.
