Dave Goulson Talk ‘Gardening to Save the Planet’ #LoveNature Festival

A highlight of this year’s #LoveNature Festival is an evening talk by bestselling author Dave Goulson. Professor of Biology at the University Of Sussex, Dave Goulson specialises in the ecology and conservation of insect pollinators. He is the author of the bestselling popular science books ‘A Sting in the Tail’, ‘A Buzz in the Meadow’ and ‘Bee Quest’, as well as the forthcoming title ‘The Garden Jungle: or Gardening to Save the Planet’. In 2006 he founded the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, a charity which has since grown to 10,000 members. His talk, entitled ‘Gardening to Save the Planet’, will take place at 19:00 on Friday 17th May in the member’s room at the Royal Jersey Agricultural & Horticultural Society.
This event is free but booking is essential.
