Open Milling at Le Moulin de Quetivel

Visit the only remaining working watermill on the Island and experience the whole milling process from start to finish. Join the rangers as they open the sluice gates, admire the ancient waterwheel as it springs into action and meet our very own miller, who will be milling the Trust’s unique stoneground flour, and the miller’s wife who will be making bread in the historic kitchen.
Refreshments available on site from the Trust’s small tearoom overlooking the meadow.
