We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Properties Officer  to assist with the planning and delivery of maintenance of the Trust’s 36 properties (residential, site hires and visitor sites), as well as ensuring compliance with all rental property legislation where appropriate. The job involves being the key point of contact for the Trust's tenants and liaising with contractors to coordinate and oversee any work required. 

As part of the Properties Team this varied role will also include elements of health and safety, assistance with project handovers and the implementation and administration of the Trust's Properties Management Software.

This part-time role (21 hours per week) is based at the Elms but will involve working at many of the Trust's sites across the island.
