We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Properties Manager to cover a period of maternity leave.

A key member of our management team, this role has responsibility for the overall letting, repair, maintenance and conservation of our historic building portfolio,which encompasses residential and commencial properties, self-catering, visitor sites, monuments and landmarks.

Managing a team of 5, this role is also responsibite for co-ordinating and prioritising work schedules, ensuring health & safety procedures are followed, and managing all apsects of the Trust's rental portfolio. 

This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based at the Elms but will involve visits to the Trust's sites across the island. The contract is for a period of 10 months, starting in December 2026.
